No news yet but I’m making a phone call this morning to my doctor because waiting for two weeks will make me neurotic. Please, no comments from the peanut gallery about how neurotic you think I already am. I know, I know…I am neurotic already.
Thank goodness I’ll be busy today which will help calm the neurocity…which I don’t even think is a word. Look it up and get back to me.
There’s a huge event this weekend at work so there’s plenty to do from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Then I’ll drive 80 mph, seriously, 80 mph so I can make it to school by 6:00 pm for a 3 1/2 hour class. I’ll schlep home 50 miles and get home by 10:30 pm.
I like the word neurocity…

I was wondering if that’s really a word. If it’s not, we should create it and get it submitted into Webster’s. I like the word

I first read it as Neuro. City. (as opposed to the state of being neurotic.) Sounds like the place a super hero would live. Maybe you should get a cape.

I keep meaning to drag my fat ass over here and tell you I’m thinking of you but I keep getting distracted. Waiting two weeks WOULD MAKE ME BAT SHIT CRAZY. You my dear are a saint.

If they’re seriously making you wait two fucking weeks for test results they should be… well, what I’d say would get me bleeped for a full minute on TV so I’ll just say that those jokers better have those results faster than that, or be prepared to refill your Xanax.

UTBM, I totally understand the distraction. I am bat shit crazy and not even close to a saint. If you heard me on the phone with the doctor’s office your perception would instantly change.
Pandora, Two weeks has been the norm in the past. It’s a joke, I know. I got the ball rolling yesterday. Hopefully I’ll know something by Monday. I’d love to hear the uncensored version of what you’d have to say LOL.
Tense, I’m trying to stay level headed and not freak out. Especially for the sake of my children. It’s tough but I’ve been through this before.
