Before watching please note a few things…I’m not feeling that great today so I look kind of crappy and my arms look five times their normal size. Good GOD, they look like the arms of a 500 pound woman!

The Stitch ears rule! (Don’t hurt me.)
Having never been to Disney, I love the Mickey heads. Awesome idea.
My official vote is for the fuzzy ears. Who doesn’t like ears you can pet? (Wait, now I have a vision of old man ears with hair growing out of them. Ew!)
Have a great time with the kiddos. I’m so glad you get to go.

You are very welcome! I’m of the idea that you don’t need to know someone personally to help them. I practise this in my life and what I saw happen with the donations at Miss Ann’s made me really happy. I’m glad to see I’m not the only one left. This holiday will be amazing for you and your family. You should enjoy every minute of it and fill your brain with happy memories to last you through your treatment.
I vote for the princess Minnie ears! They look wonderful on you! But the original Minnie ears look great also so I’m going to leave to you to see how well you can combine them with an outfit.

Pee Ess: The Stitch ears look great but not for you! Maybe they’d be more fitting for Dude? I can’t imagine him wearing the fuzzy Mickey ears.

I love the Stitch ears but since I think they have been vetoed (and really don’t say Disney to me.) I vote for the old school Mini ears.
Glad you and the famille are going to have trip before you journey down the hard road ahead.

Hmmmmmm…tough choice but I have to go with the fuzzy pink ears. They’re just so girly and pink, ya gotta luv em.
By the way, Lisa, I think your hair looks pretty when it is curly (it seemed like you were disappointed in how it looked in yesterday’s post).

Nothing says, “I am going to Disney!” like a pair of Minnie ears. LOL! If you can’t decide, just keep going to the bathroom and come out with a different set each time!

Fuzzy ears! They are so YOU! I think you should wear them to TeqCon too. You should also bring your tiara and wand. I love these videos, thank you for doing them. I’m so excited that we’re actually going to meet IRL — the internets is so cool!

Ok, I have to vote for the red and black Minnie ears! You can coordinate a lovely outfit in red, black and white that adds a fashionista look to Minnie! Afterall, a coordinated updated red,black and white outfit will give the Minnie ears a grown-up sophisticated look!
They are all adorable, whichever you choose!

Lisa, if I’m understanding your video correctly, you still have to work on your flights. Try to do it as soon as possible as I believe the prices tend to go up as the date gets closer. Cheaper flights = more souvenirs!!!

If you want to drive out to Atlantic City- you can fly Spirit to Orlando- they tend to be less expensive, and we have never had a problem with them. Also, check out Lehigh Valley Airport (it is the 2nd exit, I believe, on the PA Turnpike, NE extension (the Quakertown Exit).

I like the sparkly princess ears, they’re more ‘tiara-like’, and you could do jeans & a pink top. OR the pink fuzzies with pink fluffy bedroom slippers for comfort.

Nat, I’m ecstatic that we are going to Disney. Stitch ears definitely vetoed.
Pam, Thanks for the compliment on my curly hair but I haven’t been able to wear my hair curly since I was sick last year. I went 9 months without a hair cut. I had to go four months without washing my hair with shampoo…I had to use this gross hospital stuff. My hair looked like an afro and I hated facing myself in the mirror.
That’s why I hate it so much when it’s curly.
Geeky Tai-Tai, OMG, I’m going to need my big gigantic Coach bag if I bring the ears, the tiara AND my FUCK CANCER hat with me to TeqCon.

3T, So far the Minnie Ears have it and I have several different outfits I can go with depending on how I feel that day.

Pam, I mentioned that we were flying from Philadelphia but our flights are definitely booked! We are flying for $59 a person to Florida and for $105 a person home. It was the best deal I could find for the times and days we wanted.
Believe me…Dude and I were searching on two different pcs at the same time.

I count 4 pairs of ears and 4 family members — so I vote that you all wear a pair! Mommy = classic ears, Daddy = Stitch, Cam = Sparkly Princess, Teeny = Pink fluffy ears.

Colleen, The chances of Cam wearing princess ears are like that of Dude wearing them. We have an extra pair of Minnie ears so I may have better luck with those.
