Snack foods like pretzels etc..put them in a ziploc bag and write how many points it is. Like I remember I could have something like 14 little pretzels for a point or something. It helped me not just grab them by the handful out of the bag lol. I also became obsessed with saving points for the end of the week so that I could go to taco bell lol.
